    • The GBIHN is run under the support of the Korea Health Industry Development Institute (KHIDI) with the budget of the Ministry of Health and Welfare to foster global innovative talent based on domestic and foreign R&D cooperation networking in the biomedical field.
    • The Biomedical Talent Nurturing Support Program aims to provide a global R&D platform and operate a close support program for the researchers of the Biomedical Global Talent Nurturing Program.
    • Based on the five major projects, the Center continues to strive to create an ecosystem to nurture global biomedical talent.
      1) Establishing a cooperative network for global leading institutions in the biomedical field and discovering and formulating agenda
      2) Presenting a success model for nurturing innovative talent in the biomedical field and a plan to spread information
      3) Organizing and operating a consultative body for the Biomedical Global Talent Nurturing Program
      4) Establishing and operating a network of overseas scientists of Korean heritage
      5) Supporting research activities and managing the performance of the Biomedical Global Talent Nurturing Program (collaboration with researchers)
